He leads Pactera’s consulting business in Japan, taking advantage of his wealth of experience, especially in the analysis and resolution of various issues in the insurance industry.

Kazuhiro Kobayashi was previously director of Physical Examination department at Keio University Hospital and public interest incorporated foundations. He developed unique Mental Health diagnosis TEST called "HMG" with an associate professor at Nippon Medical School. Later, he engaged in WEB Streaming services as a pioneer of this field at iTS communications, one of TOKYU GROUP companies, where he was Web director.
