After working at EY tax accountant corporation, Mizuho Bank (engaged in new financial product development business), and KPMG tax accountant corporation (senior manager), he is currently engaged in a wide range of tax advice and evaluation advice related to international financing. Since 2008, he has participated in discussions on the international tax system as a member of the Japan Tax Institute International Taxation Committee. Since June 2016, he has also served as an outside corporate auditor of PARIS MIKI HOLDINGS INC.

He joined Nomura Research Institute in 1996. Later he worked for Gemini Consulting Japan (currently PwC Strategy &), AIG, Prudential Life Insurance, MetLife Ariko Life Insurance, Zurich Life Insurance Company Limited (COO of Japan Branch), EY Advisory, etc. Appointed President of Consulting Japan Co., Ltd. He leads Pactera’s consulting business in Japan, taking advantage of his wealth of experience, especially in the analysis and resolution of various issues in the insurance industry.

Since 2018, he runs his own business for consulting services. He has worked with automotive, aviation, cosmetics, electronics, and insurance companies, just to name a few.

Kazuhiro Kobayashi

Kazuhiro Kobayashi was previously director of Physical Examination department at Keio University Hospital and public interest incorporated foundations. He developed unique Mental Health diagnosis TEST called "HMG" with an associate professor at Nippon Medical School. Later, he engaged in WEB Streaming services as a pioneer of this field at iTS communications, one of TOKYU GROUP companies, where he was Web director. He awarded Kawasaki Entrepreneurs Award and Japan Entrepreneurs Association Award through the idea of new search engine platform business model. He got a patent for his idea of this platform business model and mobile security in Japan and Korea. Currently, he is a member of SYSEC, the security company which is organized by former Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department executives, where he was Managing Executive Officer. He also succeed both in and outside Japan as a member of an executive committee of Japan-Vietnam Friendship event sponsored by the Government of Japan and Vietnam.
